An established meeting point for the industry
The HAMBURGER BÖRSE, traditionally held every spring, is stepping into the future: from 2027 it carries the new name German Commodities Exchange. At the same time, the event moves to a larger, more modern location and gains an exciting expert programme in the morning.
For many years the exchange has brought together the people who shape agricultural trading. From 12:00 to 18:00, it gives exhibitors, opinion leaders and a broad trade audience the chance to nurture existing contacts, forge new connections and exchange views on current industry topics.
Drinks and a light lunch are provided on site.
For 2027, more than 700 attendees are expected.
—— THE NEW LOCATION
Hamburg Cruise Center Altona
On the banks of the Elbe in Hamburg’s Altona district stands the Cruise Center, built between 2009 and 2011. Outside ship-handling hours, this cruise terminal — with its very own character — is a uniquely authentic venue for events in Hamburg.
With around 1,600 m² of column-free space, a central location and a great view over the Port of Hamburg, the venue impresses with daylight and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
The nearby ferry pier further underlines what makes this Hamburg location special.
The glass-and-steel building design provides the best conditions for bringing the traditional HAMBURGER BÖRSE to life in its new concept.

Networking in a personal atmosphere
The exchange event is the heart of the German Commodities Exchange: an afternoon and evening of direct dialogue, good conversation and new contacts across the industry — covering trading in grain, oilseeds, feedstuffs, seeds and related services.
Companies in the industry also have the opportunity to have their own booth and introduce themselves to attendees in person.

A car park directly in front of the venue with around 200 spaces makes for a convenient, direct arrival by car.
FROM HAUPTBAHNHOF (CENTRAL STATION)
S1/S3/U3 to “Landungsbrücken”, then change to HVV ferry line 62 towards Finkenwerder to the “Dockland” stop – the terminal is right next to the ferry pier.
