We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, ensure its technical security, statistically analyse the online offering or respond to enquiries. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The website does not contain its own contact, registration or newsletter forms. Videos, social media feeds, maps and other content from external providers are not embedded. Images, fonts and the site map are hosted locally on the web server.

According to IONOS, this includes the previously visited website (referrer), the requested page or file, browser type and browser version, operating system, device type, time of access and IP address. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and functional provision of the website. IONOS states that visitor data is retained for eight weeks. According to IONOS, this data is not disclosed to third parties and is not transferred to countries outside the European Union.

4. IONOS WebAnalytics

IONOS WebAnalytics is enabled for this website. According to IONOS, usage data is collected by means of a tracking pixel or log files. WebAnalytics does not use cookies. The IP address transmitted when a page is accessed is anonymised immediately and subsequently processed without reference to an identifiable person.

The data collected comprises the previously visited website, the requested page or file, browser type and browser version, operating system, device type, time of access and the IP address in anonymised form. This analysis is used exclusively for statistical analysis and the technical optimisation of our online offering.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the statistical analysis and technical optimisation of the website. According to IONOS, WebAnalytics does not store personal visitor data and does not disclose data to third parties.

5. Polylang language cookie

The website uses the WordPress plugin Polylang for the German-English language selection. The cookie “pll_language” is stored on your device. It contains the language code of the version you last accessed and is used to display your selected language again on a subsequent visit. The regular storage period is one year.

This website contains a link to the website of GINN Hotel Hamburg Elbspeicher and an email link to reservierung@ginn-hotels.com.
